We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations as indicated at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on products purchased directly through lumoraskincare.shop. Request a refund within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@lumoraskincare.shop with your order number. We reserve the right to request the return of unused product as a condition of refund. This guarantee applies to one redemption per customer per product and does not apply to third-party retailer purchases.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to post after approval.
